Frozen mixed vegetables can be used instead of fresh vegetables.
1 cup shredded cabbage 2 medium carrots, chopped 1 medium potato, chopped 20 to 25 french beans, cut 1" slices 1 cup green peas 3/4 cup corn (makai ke dane) 1 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup brown or white cooked rice or any uncooked pasta salt to taste 1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika) (optional) 1 tsp olive oil 28 oz. crushed or puree tomato can 8 cups water
Pressure cook all the above ingredient after first whistle for 20 minutes. Open pressure cooker, after sometime ( give little time for pressure cooker to cool down). If soup seems to be little thick , add some hot water and enjoy
