Ingredients for Thai Fried Rice

 4 cups boiled rice

1 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup corn kernels
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp red curry paste
Salt to taste
Method of Cooking Thai Fried Rice

 1.Melt the peanut butter in a pan, add the onions and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.

 
2.Then add the curry paste and cook further for 5 minutes.
 
3.Add the corn the cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes.
 
4.Add salt and mix in the boiled rice.
 
5.Serve hot with stir fried vegetables.
